Cosmetic Consultation Payment Information

Thank you for choosing EyeFACE Institute for your cosmetic consultation. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review the following payment information before proceeding.

Consultation Fee

The consultation fee is non-refundable and covers the time and expertise of our surgeons. This applies even if you decide not to proceed with treatment or if the final cost of any recommended procedures differs from your initial expectations.  

All consultation fees are collected at the time of booking. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.  

Consultation Options

• Consult Fee: $200.00 - 10-min Virtual with Dr. Gill

• Consult Fee: $250.00 - 25-min Virtual with Dr. Gill

• Consult Fee: $300.00 - 25-min In-Person with Dr. Gill

• Consult Fee: $450.00 - 45-min In-Person with Dr. Gill

Rescheduling or Cancelling

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, we kindly request that you contact us at +1 647-351-6501 or info@eyeface.ca at least one week prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a rescheduling fee. Following your booking, you will receive an automated email with a reschedule link, allowing you to manage your appointment time without the need to contact our office directly.  

• Rescheduling within one week of your appointment will result in a $50.00 administration fee.  

• Medical emergencies within 48 hours of the appointment require documentation to avoid the full consultation fee for rescheduling.  

Treatment Credit

A $100.00 credit from the consultation fee will be applied towards any treatment (or secondary consult with the same or another EyeFACE MD) paid for in full within 90 days of the consultation.
