Dr. Robert Adam is an Eye Physician and Surgeon with a special interest in Oculoplastic surgery. His surgical practice is focused on functional and cosmetic surgery of the eyelids, as well as cataract and refractive surgery.
He is a dual appointed faculty member at both the University of Toronto and McMaster University, where he is actively involved in clinical, surgical and didactic teaching for residents and medical students. Dr. Adam volunteers his time with CNIB’s Mobile Eye Care Clinic, a fully-equipped, medical eye care clinic on wheels that carries out vision screening, eye treatments and minor surgeries in remote Ontario communities.
He is also politically involved representing the Eye Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and has served as secretary and treasurer of this organization that advocates for the Ophthalmology patients of Ontario. Outside of the operating room, Rob is kept busy by his three young children and his interest in music and athletics.
